February 2025: NorHTE featured at UiB infrastructure day

December 2024: Ludvik defends his PhD-thesis!

Congratulations to Ludvik O. Espleand for successfully defending his PhD thesis entitled Exploring FabF as a new target for antibiotic-resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa: Assay development, fragment screening and hit optimization.

September 2024: NorHTE funded!

Our application to establish the national infrastructure Norwegian Open Laboratory for High-Throughput Experimentation and Scale-up (NorHTE) is one of 20 applications that will receive funding from the Research Council of Norway latest infrastructure call.

NorHTE will be lead by Professor Bengt Erik Haug and will be established with nodes at Department of Chemistry UiB and the Department of Chemistry at NTNU where Professor John deMello will act as co-leader.

NorHTE is funded with 75 million NOK over four years.
